Quip LLC grants you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and make use of services of content. This license excludes the resale of commercial use of services or contents. This includes any collection and use of product listings, descriptions, or prices. Further, use of account information for the benefit of another merchant by use of data mining, robots, cookies, or similar data gathering and extraction tools shall be strictly prohibited. Except as expressly permitted herein, services and any portion of the services may not be reproduced, sold, resold, visited or otherwise exploited for any purpose without express written consent. Any unauthorized use will automatically terminate the permissions and licenses granted to you.

All content featured or displayed on this site including without limitations text, graphics, photographs, images , sound, and illustrations, is owned by Quip LLC, its licensors, vendors, agents, or content providers. All elements of the site including without limitation the general design and the content are protected by trade dress, copyright, moral rights, trademark and other laws relating to intellectual property rights. Except as permitted by copyright law, you may not modify any of the materials and you may not copy, distribute, transmit, display, perform, reproduce, publish, license, create derivative works from, transfer or sell any information or work contained on the site. The content of this site including services shall remain the exclusive property of Quip LLC, its licensors, vendors, agents, or content providers.

All trademarks, service marks, and trade names used herein including but not limited to the RentQuips name, logo, service design, and any names or logos of any Platform Partners) (collectively “marks”) are trademarks or registered trademarks of RentQuips, its licensors, vendors, agents, or content providers. You may not use, copy, reproduce, republish, upload, post, transmit, distribute, or modify marks in any way, including in advertising or publicity pertaining to distribution of materials on the services, without RentQuips’s prior written consent. You shall not use RentQuips’s name or any language, pictures or symbols which could, in RentQuips’s judgment, imply RentQuips’s endorsement in any (i) written or oral advertising or presentation, or (ii) brochure, newsletter, book, or other written material of whatever nature, without prior written consent.

Postings created by you to RentQuips shall consist only of property in which you own or have permission to lease. Listings, titles, descriptions, and categories must accurately represent the item(s) posted.

You agree to create reviews for products you have rented from/to other users on the site. Reviews may be created at the conclusion of the rental duration or upon cancellation of a rental. Fraudulent reviews shall consist of any reviews created not relevant to a booking, created in bad faith, or any other way that RentQuips determines invalidates the review. The creation of fraudulent reviews will not be tolerated and RentQuips reserves the right to terminate accounts suspected of creating fraudulent reviews upon first offense.

Quip LLC reserves the right to change or modify the Terms of Service to reflect changes to operating practices, legal, or regulatory reasons.
