How to Use RentQuips GPS Trailers
What is RentQuips?
RentQuips is an online marketplace specifically for by owner rentals of just about anything! RentQuips is currently offering company owned rental trailers that are GPS tracked and can be picked up and returned to any public residential street within the city of Flagstaff as part of our rental trailer pilot program.
Finding a Trailer
Each Quip rental trailer is GPS tracked allowing for pick up and drop off anywhere. Use our map option or filter results to find trailers near you. The approximate location of each trailer is shown on the map in each listing. The exact location of your trailer will be available to you after booking and will be sent via email.
Rental Periods
Trailers are rented per day. When booking a rental, you will be charged for the first day up front and you will be billed for any subsequent days at return rounded up to the nearest day. In other words, if you wish to rent for one day, return it within 24 hours of the booking time, 48 hours for two days, 72 hours for three days and so on. You may keep a Quip for as many days as you would like up to seven days or 168 hours.
Towing Information
Verify that your hitch and towing vehicle have the capacity to pull your trailer and payload. The specifications section of each listing contains information regarding the payload capacity of the trailer and the weight to help you ensure that your vehicle can tow it.
Hitching Information
Never hitched a trailer before? No worries! We have an easy to use guide to help you become a towing pro. Just click the "Instructions" tab at the top of this page or click here: rentquips.com/instructions
Service Areas
At this time, rental trailers must remain within the State of Arizona at all times. Additionally, to end your rental period you must leave the trailer in one of the following supported cities:
    Flagstaff
City not supported? You can still rent a Quip provided the trailer is picked up and returned to one of the above supported cities.
Return
Quips must be dropped off on public residential streets that allow parking and provide easy access for the next customer. QUIPS MAY NOT BE RETURNED TO PARKING LOTS OR ANY PRIVATE PROPERTY.

To return a Quip, simply take it to an appropriate location within our service areas and remove it from your tow vehicle and lock the Quip with the provided padlock. NEVER LEAVE A QUIP UNLOCKED. Next, visit rentquips.com/return to end your rental period.

Remember, you paid for the first day at booking so you will only have to pay for any additional days you have had the trailer since booking. Days are rounded up so if you want to rent a Quip for one day you will need to return it within 24 hours, 48 hours for two days, 72 hours for three days, and so forth.
